About Us


The European Sausage and Deli  located in Red Deer, Alberta is owned and operated by Andrew and Krystyna Tyszkiewicz. 
Andrew is a professional meat-processing technologist with a diploma obtained in Poland from the 5-year technology school specializing in a meat processing.

With over 20 years of experience in meat processing Andrew believes in preparing varieties of delicious sausages with quality, time and care. All the locally purchased meat is processed in the store using only natural spices and herbs, free of fillers, preservatives and additives. Real wood fire smokehouse is used for authentic natural flavour.

Andrew is determined to make only the very best quality sausages and deli meat products. All the products are made the old fashion way; some of the old Polish recipes are few hundred years old. 

A few years ago the company expanded. The modern processing plant was built in the new industrial park at Clearview Rd. in Red Deer.

The European Sausage and Deli  is a place for hunters to take their wild game for processing. Your game can be processed in any fashion you desire.

A variety of party trays are available for catering. They can be selected from the options already available or can be customized to the customer order.

You are always welcome at the European Sausage and Deli, so 
please come and visit.

During the summer time you can see us at our Mobile Deli at the local Farmers Market (arena parking lot) every Saturday from May till October. 
Also, you can see us at the annual Westerner Days Fair and Exposition in Red Deer in the mid of July.
